- Customers can return goods purchased from us under our 7-days returns policy. Products must be unused and in good resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.
- All returns shipping cost is paid for by the customer except in the cases of damaged goods or wrongly shipped items within 7 days from delivery date.
- If damaged or wrong items are delivered, please notify us within 7 days and we will offer a refund or exchange free of charge.
- We cannot accept returns for items found to be incomplete, damaged, with security seal broken or in a non resalable condition.
- For health reasons we cannot accept any returns or exchanges of frozen foods and treats.
- Clearance / Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We strongly recommend that customers opt for fully insured delivery service when returning the goods as cannot be liable for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
- Unauthorised returns will not be accepted and may be rejected upon delivery.
- Returns will usually be processed within 14 days after arrival at our warehouse.
